As a Chef at the Ritz Carlton in Edinburgh, Scotland, and the Grand Hotel Eden in Lugano, Switzerland, he developed a refined approach to Italian cuisine, blending time-honored traditions with innovative techniques. Bringing his expertise to Ciao Grazie, Dalu ensures that every dish reflects the authenticity, freshness, and artistry that define true Italian cooking.
